She is the first woman to row the Atlantic Ocean twice from East to West - and once with her mother! With a story that includes facing shark attacks, hurricanes, and overcoming broken body parts, Sally combines amazing stories of resilience and endeavour, with honesty and humour to embolden others to achieve more.

Her passion lies in building resilience, confronting fears, and supporting people to adapt to change. As an expert communicator, skilled facilitator and educator, and qualified coach, Sally has helped inspire countless teams and individuals to achieve their full potential.

As the UK's largest youth organisation dedicated completely to girls it encourages 400,000 fantastic Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and volunteers to have adventures. Sally is also a Rainbow unit leader in Pwllheli, North Wales.
